You will be set up with an account via our secure platform, where we’ll handle the necessary paperwork and submission of your medical history, ensuring the hospital has all the information it needs to provide an accurate quote.

3. Transparent Quotation Assistance

We’ll obtain detailed quotes from the hospital for your procedure, including expected costs, to ensure you have all the information needed to make an informed decision.

4. Pre-Consultation Briefing

Before your consultation, we’ll provide all the relevant information on what to expect, how to prepare, and ensure you feel fully informed and ready for your meeting with your surgeon.

5. Appointment Scheduling and Communication

Exclusions:

While our Facilitation Fee package includes comprehensive medical coordination services, there are a few areas that are not covered under this package:

1. Accommodation and Travel Arrangements
   This package does not include any booking or arrangements for flights, accommodation, or local transportation (aside from medical-related transfers). Clients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. However we will make recommendations for our hotel partners.

2. Medical Procedure Costs
   The package does not cover the cost of the medical procedure itself, consultations, or other fees charged by the hospital. All medical fees are to be paid directly to the hospital.

3. Personal Care & Recovery Services
   The package does not include personal care services or recovery assistance beyond the medical coordination and follow-up. If you require assistance with recovery, additional services can be arranged separately either independently or through our care coordinator packages.

4. Travel & Elective Surgery Insurance
   Clients are responsible for securing their own travel and elective surgery insurance. Proof of insurance, including a copy of your policy, must be provided to FreshenUp Getaways 30 days before departure. This ensures that you are adequately covered for potential medical complications, cancellations, or unforeseen needs during your procedure.

5. Extended Post-Operative Care
   While we assist with follow-up care scheduling for the first 14 days, extended post-operative services, such as physiotherapy, additional consultations, or treatments, are not included in this package.

6. Changes to Scheduled Dates
   Any changes to your surgery or consultation dates after confirmation may incur additional charges or require rescheduling, which may be outside the scope of this package.

3. Facilitation Fee:
   Once you’re ready to proceed, a $49USD Facilitation Fee is required to secure your surgery date and ensure all medical-related appointments are scheduled and coordinated.
