We understand that plans can change, which is why our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility and peace of mind. Whether it’s adjusting your travel dates or rescheduling your procedure, we’re committed to accommodating your needs.


5. Accommodation and Transportation

  • Accommodation Refunds: Any refunds for accommodations booked through FreshenUp Getaways are subject to the specific resort or hotel’s refund policy. We will work with the accommodation provider on your behalf to facilitate a refund where possible, but we cannot guarantee the outcome if their policy does not permit a refund.

  • Transportation: Changes to transportation services are subject to the policies of third-party providers. FreshenUp Getaways will assist with adjustments, but we cannot guarantee refunds or fee waivers from these providers.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), FreshenUp Getaways will work with clients on a case-by-case basis to reschedule or adjust bookings. Refunds may be limited depending on third-party provider policies.

7. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Booking or Coordination Package Fee Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Processing Fee

$49 USD Non-Refundable Booking and Processing Fee
This fee is charged at the time of booking and covers administrative costs, securing your surgery date, and coordinating all medical-related appointments. The fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your consultation or surgery. If you need to reschedule, your booking fee will be moved to the new date as a credit. This ensures that your spot is reserved for the new date and allows us to continue providing our services.

2. General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees

  • More than 30 days before the scheduled procedure date: 75% refund of the Care Coordination fee.

  • 15-29 days before the scheduled procedure date: 50% refund of the Care Coordination fee.

  • 14 days or less before the scheduled procedure date: No refund of the Care Coordination fee will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule their procedure once, free of charge, if notice is provided at least 30 days before the originally scheduled procedure date.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the procedure may incur a rescheduling fee of $49 USD, based on availability.

3. Package-Specific Cancellation Terms

Each package offered by Freshen Up Getaways has specific cancellation terms. Please review the package-specific policies below.

  • Basic 3-Day Package

    • More than 30 days before start date: 75% refund of booking fee.

    • 15-29 days before start date: 50% refund of booking fee.

    • 14 days or less before start date: No refund will be issued.

    • Rescheduling: One free rescheduling allowed if requested more than 30 days before the start date; otherwise, a rescheduling fee of $49 USD applies.

  • Standard 7-Day Package

    • More than 30 days before start date: 75% refund of booking fee.

    • 15-29 days before start date: 50% refund of booking fee.

    • 14 days or less before start date: No refund will be issued.

    • Rescheduling: One free rescheduling allowed if requested more than 30 days before the start date; otherwise, a rescheduling fee of $49 USD applies.

  • Extended Care or Individual Packages (10+ Days or Add-On Days)

    • More than 30 days before start date: 75% refund of booking fee.

    • 15-29 days before start date: 50% refund of booking fee.

    • 14 days or less before start date: No refund will be issued.

    • Rescheduling: Up to two free rescheduling requests allowed if requested more than 30 days before the start date; additional requests may incur fees.

4. Important Note on Package Upgrades and Changes

If a client chooses to upgrade or change their package, any cancellations will be governed by the terms of the new package. Cancellations for accommodations will be refunded according to the individual resort or hotel’s policy. We will assist in processing these requests with the resort; however, refunds for accommodation may be limited or unavailable depending on the provider's terms. Cancellations for other services booked through third-party providers will adhere to those providers' specific policies.
